California law long criminalized recording a person without their consent. This law has never before been applied to a journalist engaged in undercover reporting. It has now.

Pro-Choice? How enlightened… lets have some science with that…

–Is the DNA of a fetus different from yours?

–Would NASA consider a fetus “life” when found on another planet?  What about a single cell amoeba?

CHOICE:  Dilation & Curettage (D&C)
Curette inserted into uterus and baby’s body cut into pieces and vacuumed out.

CHOICE:  Dilation and Evacuation (D&E)
Forceps inserted into uterus, twisting baby’s body to dismember it.  (If head too large, crush to remove).

CHOICE:  Dilation and Extraction (D&X or Partial Birth Abortion)
Cervix dilated. Forceps extract live baby by feet until only babies head inside cervix. Scissors puncture skull, brain vacuumed. Dead baby removed from “mother”. Banned despite Democrat objections.

CHOICE:  Hysterotomy
Womb penetrated by surgical incision, abdominal cord cut stopping oxygen supply and causing suffocation. Baby may also be delivered alive and left unattended to die.

CHOICE:  Intracardial Injection
Chemical digoxin injected into baby’s heart, causing immediate death. Used as “pregnancy reduction” when “mother” carrying multiples wants fewer children.

CHOICE:  Prostaglandin
Hormone-like compound injected into muscle of uterus causing intense contractions and pushing out baby. Violent contractions often crush baby to death, though many babies born alive then left to die.

CHOICE:  RU-486
Synthetic steroid blocks hormone progesterone. Women then take prostaglandin to induce contractions and expel dead baby.

CHOICE:  Saline Injection
20% salt solution injected into baby’s amniotic fluid. Baby ingests and dies of salt poisoning, dehydration, and hemorrhaging of brain. baby’s skin is burned off. A dead or dying baby is delivered. A baby born alive is usually left unattended to die, though some have survived.

CHOICE:  Suction Abortion
Suction curette (a tube with a serrated tip) inserted into uterus. Strong suction (29x household vacuum cleaner) tears baby’s body apart and sucks it through hose into container. Most common method of abortion in first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

The Forgotten Lessons of the American Eugenics Movement – The New Yorker

Thirty-two states passed eugenic-sterilization laws during the twentieth century, and between sixty and seventy thousand people were sterilized under them. The rhetoric of the movement toned down after the U.S. went to war with Germany; most American eugenicists abandoned their explicit praise of the Nazi project, and the field dwindled as an area of officially sanctioned research. (The disassociation did not go both ways: Buck v. Bell was cited by the defense at Nuremberg.) But the sterilization rate remained high even after the Second World War. So many poor Southerners underwent the procedure that it became known as a “Mississippi appendectomy.” It was only in the nineteen-sixties and seventies, with evolving attitudes toward civil and human rights, that states began repealing their sterilization laws.

Hillary Clinton: ‘Unborn person’ has no constitutional rights – Washington Times

“Describing the fetus as a “person” or “child” has long been anathema to the pro-choice movement, which argues the terms misleadingly imply a sense of humanity. In addition, the specific term “person” is a legal concept that includes rights and statuses that the law protects, including protection of a person’s life under the laws against homicide. Pro-choice intellectuals have long said that even if an unborn child is a “life,” it is not yet a “person.”Guidelines issued by the International Planned Parenthood Federation discourage pro-choice advocates from using terms such as “abort a child,” instead recommending “more accurate/appropriate” alternatives such as “end a pregnancy” or “have an abortion.”“‘Abort a child’ is medically inaccurate, as the fetus is not yet a child,” the guide reads. “‘Terminate’ a pregnancy is commonly used, however some people prefer to avoid this as terminate may have negative connotations (e.g., ‘terminator or assassinate’) for some people.”The guidebook also advises against the terms “baby,” “dead fetus,” “unborn baby” or “unborn child” when discussing what it is that’s being aborted. Instead, it recommends the terms “embryo,” “fetus” and “the pregnancy.””
